It’s a joke. No phones work, NONE, including local stores. Rings once and drops off. Going through this system was another useless joke. No acknowledgment of my written complaint, no resolution, but you sure know how to take people’s money even when you’re not entitled to it.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!! There’s no contact, mo communication and it leaves the impression that this company is arrogant and entitled to screw customers by having a disingenuous website that is designed to frustrate customers with it’s arduous navigation.
