I have been charged 3 more times after I cancelled membership over 3 months ago. NO phone number I called will actually go thru.
Just rings, AI "person" answers and repeated requests to be transferred to customer service end up in an automatically terminated phone call.
I will NEVER do business with this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone ever. Worst experience ever.

I just received a notification from Paypal in the amount of $40.54, invoice ID #12092****, Transaction ID #5XN63257BP83325. I did not place this order.
If this is some kind of recurring order, I do not want to subscribe. I would like a refund for the $40.54 and to be taken off of any recurring order that I may have inordinately been set up for.
Please advise that this has been done at soon as possible.

Got ripped off, then disrespected when I complained. NEVER GO THERE.
I saved up a long time to have my hair colored. I spoke with the colorist 2 x about what I wanted and didn't want and he did the latter.
It was so bad that I saw friends later that night who said, "I thought you were getting your chair colored" because it looked the same. I tried to get my $ back so I could go elsewhere, and that led to either no contact, or promises they didn't keep and I was completely disrespected and ignored.
Yet I got lots of annoying ads trying to get me to come back in future. Disgraceful, unprofessional, and they don't even dry your hair for you, though they charge a lot.

I've been a very happy customer of Madison Reed for over two years, until I had my "all over color" refreshed a few days ago.
The "expert colorist" left the color on far too long, resulting in a mousy brown instead of the champagne blonde I expected.
When confronted the following day, she insisted this was "normal" or that I "should have" had her apply Prosecco Gloss instead. Shoulda, coulda, woulda. And I'm left with a very unflattering hair color.
THEN, they make it next to impossible to communicate other than by phone or "through the app."

I've been trying to book an appointment for two days, but when I get to the payments part, it's telling me I have to pay $90. But I have a membership!
And I have been using it monthly, and I have been charged each month, including mid-June, so I should be able to book an appointment without paying anything. I need someone to call me, or my next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

Ruined my hair
Madison Reed Salon was a terrible experience!
The staff was Unprofessional and mixed up credit cards at the check out. They discussed tips and the entire salon could hear the conversation.
Worst of all is that my hair is now horrible!! The dye DRIED my hair which now has no bounce or body.
Its like I have straw for hair. Don't waste your hair !!

I tried Madison Reed for the first time yesterday. I'm very disappointed with the overall experience.
I pierced the color tube as depicted. The cream was almost impossible to squeeze out. It created a tear in the aluminum, and much of the product came out of the tear. I struggled for some time to get as much out as possible.
I added it to the bottle and proceeded to shake vigorously. I started at the gray temples and hairline and then applied it all over. I covered it with the cap and waited 45 minutes.
It did not completely cover the gray. While the color itself is quite nice, I would not purchase this product again.

Havent gotten a refund after nearly a month. The first thing the stupid robot asks is your name - it previously would acknowledge me, now its not even registering my name. I think Im genuinely being scammed.

I couldnt get through to somebody. I signed up to be a new member using a link from a friend and paid for my membership using Amazon option.
I cannot locate my account or the coupon that my friend sent me and I cant get help from a life person that your company. A bit frustrated.

All they managed to do was fry my daughter`s hair and leave me looking like it was time to spend more money on getting my roots done. I looked like *** in my first day and my new job.
My daughter's hair was falling out trying to fix what the stylist did to it. Awful experience.

My boxes are supposed to be delivered every four weeks. For two months now, I've gone to do my hair and there was no box.
I immediately re-order online to send it now and it tells me a month off! There's no way to contact them on their website, no email address that works, chat is always unavailable. I am so livid, unable to get my product that they've already charged me for. This is unacceptable for any company.
Unbelievable. I have used them for six years now and they've gone downhill and are unreachable.
